Terms of service
The terms you agree to when you buy or use the course.
1. Who you are buying from
This site and the course are operated by Falcon Aerospace. You can reach us at falcon.aerospace2026@gmail.com. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Falcon Aerospace, and “you” means the person buying or using the course.
2. What you are buying
“Model the Falcon 8X in SolidWorks” is an online video course of eleven lessons covering the surface modelling of a business jet in SolidWorks. You are buying access to stream those lessons.
3. Payment
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com Market Ltd, which is the merchant of record for every purchase. Paddle handles payment, billing enquiries, invoices and the collection of any sales tax or VAT. Your card details are entered on Paddle's checkout and are never seen or stored by us. Paddle's own buyer terms apply to the transaction alongside these terms.
4. Delivery and access
Once Paddle confirms your payment, we email a personal access link to the address you entered at checkout. Lessons are streamed through Bunny Stream and are not available as downloads.
Use an email address you can actually receive mail at. If nothing arrives, check your spam folder first, then write to falcon.aerospace2026@gmail.com with the order reference Paddle sent you and we will sort it out.
5. What you may and may not do with the course
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to watch the lessons for your own learning and for work you do yourself, including commercial work. You may not:
- share your access link with anyone else, or let anyone else use your access;
- download, record, re-upload, mirror or redistribute the videos;
- resell the course, or include it in a bundle, subscription or training programme;
- use the lessons to produce a competing course.
We may suspend or end access without refund if we find an access link being shared or the videos being redistributed.
6. What “lifetime access” means
It means access for as long as we run the course, with no renewal fee and no expiry date on your access. It is not a promise that the course will exist forever. If we ever retire it, we will give enrolled students at least 60 days notice by email.
7. Refunds
Refunds are covered by our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
8. Trademarks and independence
Falcon Aerospace is an independent training provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Dassault Aviation, Dassault Systèmes or any other manufacturer. Aircraft names and model designations are used only to describe what is being modelled, and remain the property of their respective owners. The course teaches modelling technique from publicly available reference views; it does not distribute any manufacturer's proprietary data.
9. What we do and do not promise
We work hard to keep the lessons accurate and the platform available, but the course is provided as it is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted streaming, that the course fits any particular purpose, or any specific outcome for your skills or career.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything connected with the course is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
10. Changes
We may update these terms as the course changes. The date at the top shows the current version. If a change materially affects students who have already bought, we will email them.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you bought as a consumer somewhere with stronger local protections, those protections still apply to you.
